Adrienne Rencic, MD, PhD

Dr. Rencic completed her undergraduate training at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.  She received a B.A. in Chemistry and graduated cum laude.  She then received both her medical degree and her PhD from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. 

Dr. Rencic completed her internship at Pennsylvania Hospital.  She did her residency in Dermatology at Johns Hopkins Hospital.  There she acquired broad training in the field of dermatology while working with some of the leading experts in the country.

She has published research in several leading medical journals and has co-authored many book chapters in major dermatology textbooks.  Dr. Rencic has been interviewed as an expert in skin disease on radio, television and in print.  While practicing in Baltimore, she appeared monthly on television to answer viewer questions regarding skin problems and was interviewed on topics such as insect transmitted diseases, sun protection, melanoma and rosacea.
